Different types of relationships have a different impact on development and specifically on the organisations. Explore the issues, the context within which these different types of relationships occur, the power balances, and expectations to enhance organisational effectiveness. The course is for practitioners that already understand the basics, but need the skills to take their coalitions and networks to the next level. Course Objectives
