e-Learning Africa, under the Patronage of the Ghanaian Minister for Education, Science and Sports, is hosting The 3rd International Conference on ICT for Development, Education and Training. This rotating event hosted by a different African government every year aims to support and reinforce the growing pan-African eLearning community.  According to the organisers, the conference aims to meet the networking needs of the pan-African eLearning and distance education sector.

This Conference will address sixteen themes, covering all aspects of technology-enhanced education and training:

Im really happy that there are ways and means of IT to to share in africa, but some time do not reach the less people, and also all that are stated in here, Im really really impress, but hope it can reach the less man in africa.
