Offered by Development Alternatives at the TARAgram campus in Orchha, Madhya Pradesh, this three day participatory training programme seeks to offer participants the following:

  • Clarity of the term organisation development
  • Understanding of organisation develoment processes and required skills set to carry out these processes
  • Self analysis of current level of skills gaps
  • Identification of critical issues that the organisation faces
  • Gained conceptual level understanding of issues involved in moving beyond organisation development from a learning and skills development perspective

This programme is designed for social entrepreneurs including senior programme managers from non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and corporate organisations looking for long term engagement with civil society. It is also beneficial for officers from central and state governments, and international development organisations who are interested in getting an understanding of the organisational development process within NGOs.

Course Fee

NR 10,000 per participant for Indian Participants

INR 18,000 (US$450) for Overseas Participants
