"Health, Education, Social Protection News & Notes", published for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) health department since 1997 as a GTZ-internal communication tool, is now open to public readership. It is a bi-weekly, free-of-charge subscription newsletter of between 15 and 25 pages in downloadable PDF format. It contains summaries of books, online publications, electronic resources, web pages, training opportunities, conferences, and computer and internet tips and tricks.
