Connecting Cultures works with Indigenous communities and agencies promoting health and wellness on Vancouver Island, in British Colombia, Canada. Key areas of focus include addiction, children, youth, families, human resources, and community development. Connecting Cultures also works with non-Indigenous organisations to build greater understanding of Indigenous worldviews and helps facilitate shared capacity and colaboration in making communities stronger and healthier.
