Estos campesinos, afincados en la reserva de La Macarena en Colombia, una de las reservas biológicas más importantes de América, cuentan cómo llegaron a invadir estas tierras hace 20 o 25 años y cómo - como ellos mismos dicen - unidos y sin distingo de colores políticos, abrieron vías de penetración, construyeron puentes, escuelas y otras obras en una reserva natural. Y ahora luchan por un realinderamiento de la reserva para legalizar sus tierras.

Child Marriage Interactive Map

The Ford Foundation along with the Girls Not Brides campaign released a child marriage interactive map, examining 30 countries with high rates of child marriage. The website shows statistics by marriage age, legal age of marriage, secondary education, maternal morality rates, and early childbearing.
